Terms of Service
By using ZexirAI, you agree to use the workspace lawfully, keep your account secure, and avoid actions that disrupt the service or other users. ZexirAI may update these terms as the product changes, and continued use means you accept the latest version.
Privacy & Data
ZexirAI stores account information, chat history, uploaded file metadata, saved files, and subscription state so your workspace can function across sessions. Uploaded files and prompts should not contain information you are not allowed to share.
We use this data to provide the product, restore your conversations, power workspace features, troubleshoot errors, and maintain billing access. We do not sell your chat history.
AI Accuracy
AI responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Treat ZexirAI as an assistant, not as a final authority for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions. Verify important information before relying on it.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Use a strong password, sign out on shared devices, and contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans unlock additional model access and workspace features according to the plan shown at checkout. Plan changes, cancellations, and access updates are applied through the billing tools available in the workspace.
Acceptable Use
Do not use ZexirAI to create malware, steal credentials, harass others, bypass security controls, generate illegal content, or upload material you do not have the right to process. Abuse may result in limited access or account removal.
Questions
For account, billing, or policy questions, use the support and profile controls inside the ZexirAI workspace. We may ask for account details needed to verify ownership before making changes.
